Roles of PRO : It having its own collection channel, they having tie up with vendors, Local Aggregator, kabadiwalas, and through collection centers. for recycling we have tie up with recyclers, PRO having its own collection centers PAN India Level.
PRO assist the producers upon engagement in one or more of the following tasks–

• Achieving collection targets,
• Establishment of collection mechanism such as door to door collection.
• Implementation of buy back/take back
• Establishment. of collection centers/points this may include setting up of collection godowns or operating through warehouses as per the guidelines issued by Central Pollution Control Board (‘CPCB’)
• Logistics arrangements
• Ensuring traceability of the e-waste collected and channelized & disposal of processed waste & end of life plastic waste.
• Ensuring Environmentally sound dismantling and recycling.
• Conducting awareness Programme among consumer’s/bulk consumers/ producers for collection and channelization waste
• Helping producers in filing of quarterly/annual returns as per the rules.
• Provide an extended producer’s responsibility plan as legally required.

E-waste EPR:

EPR Plan is an implementation plan of the producer where the producer gives its overall scheme to fulfil its Extended Producer Responsibility for achieving targets and details out the mechanism for collection and channelization of e-waste generated by the producer

General Awareness through various media including print media

Through Booklets /leaflets- Product manuals/ product catalogue shall contain a booklet/ leaflet endeavouring to make the user aware on the E-Waste and its handling, manner of disposal (dos and don’ts). The information covers the under mentioned things;

• Hazardous constituents in electrical and electronics equipment’s.
• Impacts of importers handling/dumping OR disposal/accidental breakage/recycling of E-Waste.
• Handling of E-Waste (Do’s & Don’ts).
• Symbol on products & booklet mentioning prevention of dumping of E-Waste directly to recycler’s data and take back systems.

LIMR Recycling Pvt Ltd shall print on its invoices one liners information its toll-free numbers 1800-547-1236 for disposal of E-Waste.

Through logos/Slogans on product which state that recycling is necessity

By installing banners/standees/posters at its defined retailer to be put on prominent places in their premises in order to educate customers/create awareness about what is electronic waste, its hazardous impacts and the contact details of our authorized recycler / dismantler to facilitate the customers for the safe disposal of their electronic waste.

Awareness through Advertisement

LIMR Recycling Pvt Ltd shall spread E-Waste awareness by doing advertisement in the following manner:

• Printing advertising through leading Newspapers
• Online Advertising through Videos on you tube channel / You tube commercial
• Outdoor Advertising
• Outdoor Advertising

LIMR Recycling Pvt Ltd. shall also advertise in future educating its customer in various LIMR Recycling Pvt Ltd sponsored events (Award functions, Contests, Seminars, Exhibitions etc.) via posters, standees and videos informing and sensitizing the customers about electronic waste how not to dispose electronic waste and the safe way of disposing electronic waste.

Awareness through training and conducting regular workshops

• LIMR Recycling Pvt Ltd. will initiate training program for RWAs, Schools and Colleges etc., for creating awareness amongst the general public. LIMR Recycling Pvt Ltd. will do this activity twice in every month covering two states/ Union Territory.
• LIMR Recycling Pvt Ltd. shall educate all existing employees by conducting quarterly training/ workshop on E-Waste, and also a presentation on electronic waste shall be mandatory be made a part of the induction Programme for all new employees of the LIMR Recycling Pvt Ltd.
• LIMR Recycling Pvt Ltd. shall provide training to its shop demonstrators about the various walk shall be passed on to various walk-in customers visiting the various dealers on pan India basis.

Collection Centers

M/s. LIMR RECYCLING PVT LTD has joined adequate no. of collection center/ collection points as we are tied up logistic provider on pan India basis to meet its requirement of keeping the collected electronic waste from the market which includes E-waste collected from customer/ consumer.
The entire collection center had specific marking for the dedicated space for E-waste. The End-of-Life products collected from various source like customer, consumer, aggregator, bulk consumer, Intuitional organization etc. in each State/ Union Territory will be stored at the concerned storage. M/s. LIMR
RECYCLING PVT LTD has made proper arrangements for storage and disposal of the E-waste and on regular basis.

Collection Mechanism

Collection/Take back system or buy-back for implementation of EPR-

M/s LIMR RECYCLING PVT LTD shall be collecting E-waste through following modes:
a.Collection through take back system by running buy back arrangement.
b.Direct collection from customer premises.

• Collection through take back system by running Buy back arrangement

Under buy back scheme, in case where the customer wants to discard their old product, they may call at the Toll free no 18005471236 of M/s. LIMR RECYCLING PVT LTD and representatives of M/s. LIMR RECYCLING PVT LTD shall approach to the customer and buy the said discarded product from the customer and in consideration, M/s. LIMR RECYCLING PRIVATE LIMITED may issue discount voucher or make cheque, cash, Paytm and IMPS to the customer.

The Customer shall also be free to deposit the discarded product at the nearest collection point and the customer will get the discount voucher.

For the collection of E-waste M/s. LIMR RECYCLING PVT LTD` has setup toll free no. 1800-547-1236 where any customer and register itself for either depositing its old product as free of cost or otherwise under buyback Programme initiated by M/s. LIMR RECYCLING PVT LTD.

• Arrangement of collection center will be from M/S Professional Logistic Pvt Ltd Registered
  Address at 619 BLOCK A, RANGPURI, MAHILPALPUR, NEW DLHI-110037. on behalf of M/S LIMR Recycling Private limited & its clients. M/S Professional Logistic Pvt Ltd Will ensure safe & environmentally sound transportation if E-Waste to the recycling facility
